Steve was introduced to the construction business like many others as a student seeking summer employment. Each summer break brought increasing responsibilities and the opportunity to learn a new building type. From this field experience, came the basis of understanding necessary to move into the office and learn more about the architectural and engineering process behind the building effort. Always having a keen interest in the newest energy-efficient technologies on the market lead Steve into the business of marketing and distribution of the new materials to architects and builders across the Southwest USA. These skills were invaluable when the time came to transition into the business of helping A/E/C firms find Architects, Engineers and Construction people. Still, after all these years in this industry, Steve truly enjoys his
work, clients and the people he assists with their careers. It has been
both fulfilling and challenging, and he is happy to say that he's made
many friends along the way. |

Linda Ball serves Taylor Technical Services, Inc. as Office Coordinator. She brings 15+ years of professional administrative and human resources experience to the team. In addition to other duties of the day, Linda enjoys greeting and meeting new applicants and interacting with our clients. Past experience has been with Dial and it’s subsidiaries in technology and insurance industries. Having lived in the valley for years, Linda is excited at the growth that has occurred and is optimistic for it’s continuing prosperity. |
Doreen Raymond joins Taylor Technical Services, Inc. as a recruiter and business developer. Her career began at AT&T where she was fortunate to have acquired over 20 years of management experience. It was there that Doreen discovered her passion for helping others achieve their career goals. Leading large teams, negotiating customer/supplier agreements and fulfilling staffing needs prepared her for her next career move, as a consultant with Dynamic Management, Inc. Whether working with small or large businesses, it is customer service that Doreen finds extremely rewarding. Doreen is a third generation native Arizonan. She moved to Phoenix over 20 years ago from Tucson and is excited to be a part of the tremendous growth in this beautiful Valley. Doreen has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. |

Erin Disney serves the firm as a recruiter/marketing coordinator. She joins TTS with over 3 years of expert administrative and customer service experience. Erin has previously worked for an insurance firm that specializes in coverage for attorneys, as well as for an electrical wholesale distributor in the financial services department. She left the Northwest five years ago to relocate in the valley to pursue a new career. Erin takes pleasure in all that Phoenix has to offer and looks forward to its continual growth and success. Erin has a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies Degree in Communication and Sociology from ASU. |
