Services
Our three basic programs are:
1.
Contract
Our Contract employees are available to work as long as they
are needed. This can be by the job, for a deadline or for as long as
the work is available.
2a.
Temp-to-Hire
Temp-to-Hire employees are available with the option for Direct Hire
after 520 working hours, which is approximately 90 days. It is your
decision to exercise or extend the Direct Hire option. Should the same
TTS temporary employee be laid off and then rehired, the accumulated
hours are forfeited. If during the initial evaluation period, the employee's
abilities are determined to be insufficient to accomlish the work they
are hired for, we will replace them without additional cost and without
the loss of any accumulated hours.
2b.
Temp-to-Hire (Early Buyout Option)
Should the Client elect to hire our employee before the 520 hours have
been accumulated, we will calculate a buyout based on the remaining
hours necessary to meet the 520-hour requirement.
3.
Direct Hire
TTS Direct Hire one-time fees are based on a percentage of the employee's
annual salary. It is up to the employee and the client to determine
and agree upon the starting salary, benefits, vacation days, etc. TTS
provides a written guarantee which states: "when formally notified
within a specific time period that the employee does not possess the
abilities represented and necessary to fulfill the job description for
which they were hired, TTS will replace the terminated employee at no
additional fee." TTS is not responsible for relocation or interview
costs, if necessary.
