We Do It A successful outcome necessitates a collaborative effort on behalf of all persons involved. Candid and effective communication is the key in understanding the qualifications required for the job opening/position and how the applicant would therefore be an asset to the organization. This begins with an initial phone interview to establish the applicants qualifications to determine what they are looking for in their future employment. Next, we meet. We meet everyone we work with, which allows us to become better acquainted with our applicants and gives us a more comprehensive understanding of their work, personality and preferences. Checking references is the next critical required step we take to validate each applicant's abilities. Having this information, we are better able to contact the appropriate firms, set up and coordinate the interviews, subsequent offer letters, start dates, negotiated salary reviews, initial evaluation periods, etc. We are working on behalf of everyone involved to expedite a successful
and beneficial outcome. You are the boss, we are the facilitator. You
